According to police documents obtained by TMZ, it is apparent that Gia Allemand was fighting with her boyfriend, NBA Star Ryan Anderson only hours before she hung herself. Gia was accusing Ryan of cheating on her, and it is said that Ryan told her he didnt love her anymore. If you have been following the story, Ryan is the one who found her hanging – from a vacuum cord. When Ryan found her, she had been without oxygen for more than half an hour, but was still barely alive. She was rushed to the hospital where she died shortly after. She did leave a suicide note.
Just one day before she decided to hang herself, Gia Allemand was in church taking notes on the Sunday sermon. On Monday, Gia hung herself in her New Orleans home, where she was discovered by her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson. In the months leading up to her death, she expressed concerns over her relationship with the basketballer to friends and family. According to sources, the worry over the relationship appeared to be normal but Gia was fighting insecurities in the months leading up to her suicide.
As you know, Gia Allemand hung herself on Monday morning, but died 2 days later, on Wednesday, in University Hospital with her mother and boyfriend by her side.
TMZ got their hands on the 911 call placed by “Bachelor” star Gia Allemand’s boyfriend Ryan Anderson moments after her suicide attempt. You can hear what sounds like Ryan saying “don’t stop” while giving her CPR.

The tragic and sudden death of Gia Allemand has taken the reality world by storm. Now we finally have some details that reveal what emergency medical condition caused to her go to ICU and later die. She was in more pain then she allowed anyone to know.
Gia suffered massive brain and organ failure after an apparent suicide attempt. On Monday night, Gia’s boyfriend (NBA Star Ryan Anderson) found Gia unconcious on the floor and immediatley called 911. She was rushed to University Hospital where she was put on life support, but passed away on Wednesday, her family confirms. Her family is asking for privacy during this matter.

Gia Allemand, who shot to reality star fame on Season 14 of The Bachelor, has been pronounced DEAD at age 29. The cause of her illness and subsequent death is still unknown but the reality star was taken into the University Hospital in New Orleans, LA where she was later put on life support.
