Tour Bus STANDOFF Arrests Made – Connected with Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz and T.I.

Image

In Oklahoma, a tour bus that is connected to the tour with Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz and T.I. was pulled over and cops suspect there are drugs on board. The cops pulled the bus over for a broken tail light but noticed some funky stuff going on….what appeared to be drug use. When cops tried to board the bus, the passengers and driver locked the doors and told the cops they need to get a warrant. Lil Wayne and T.I. left the state via private jet, so we know they are not on the bus but there is no word if 2 Chainz was on the bus.

A few hours later, cops got the warrant and entered the bus and immediately placed people under arrest for “interfering with police process” for locking the cops out and they are searching for drugs. When asked if 2 Chainz was one of the ones arrested, cops said they dont know yet, but the tour bus is connected to him.

Watch Jay Z’s ‘Picasso Baby’ performance-art piece

The cover for “Magna Carta… Holy Grail” by Jay Z, who turned “Picasso Baby,” a song on the album, into a piece of performance art last month.

Was it really a performance-art event, or just a glorified plug for his new album?

Probably some of both. In July, hip-hop monster Jay Z took over New York’s Pace Gallery for several hours to stage a marathon version of “Picasso Baby,” a single from his album “Magna Carta… Holy Grail” produced by Timbaland & J-Roc ,which was released last month.

The singer billed the gallery event as a performance-art piece, and the crowd included artist Marina Abramovic, director Judd Apatow and actors Alan Cumming, Rosie Perez and Taraji P.

Mark Romanek, a music-video veteran, fashioned a short documentary of the event, which ran on HBO last week. For art scene-sters who don’t subscribe to the premium cable channel, Jay Z has uploaded the short movie to YouTube.

“Piccaso Baby” riffs on the performer’s appetite for collecting art, including his desire for works by Jeff Koons, Mark Rothko and others.

Jay Z is going strong and still building his empire! Roc Nation!

What you think about this move Jay did?
